The Night

When -December 1st we are bringing a little bit of Paris, France to North Richland Hills, Texas! It will be from 6-11pm.
What -Come celebrate Christmas with us in a Texan/Parisian fusion!
The theme is Moulin Rouge Masquerade, think Mardi Gras meets Formal! You could come in bright colors like emerald, royal purple and gold. Or try a formal black and white look with gloves, jewelry, tux, long evening gowns and masks. Or you could go with a exciting and unique look!
We start with a cocktail reception, and once everyone arrives and has settled we will begin dance performances! After the performances dinner will be served, followed by the White Elephant Gift Exchange and Social Dance.

Over apple and cherry wood, marinaded in southern bourbon, peprika and brown sugar

Smoked BBQ Bourbon Baked Beans

Marinated Navy beans in local southern bourbon, brown sugar, chilis and garlic then lightly smoked in apple and hickory

Steamed Garlic Parmesean Green Beans

Steamed beans lightly tossed with garlic cloves and parmesean cheese

Roasted Brussle Sprouts in Honey Balsalmic Glaze

slow roasted then lightly charred with raw local honey and fig infused balsamic vinegar

Baked Potato Salad

slow smoked golden potatoes mixed with mascarpone, sourcream, sharp cheddar, aged white cheddar, dill and maple cured bacon

Mixed Greens Salad with Blood Orange and Cucumber

Organic Baby spinach, arugula, baby lettuce & frisee garnished with blood orange slices and cucumber

Wild Berry Cobbler & Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
Organic blackberries reduced to a silky sauce served with Blue Bell Vanilla Bean

After dinner will be our Elephant gift exchange!

The rest of the night will then be dedicated to our dancing! We will have recorded music for all styles! Ballroom, Country Western, Latin and Swing!

We will have at least one additional dance host for the ladies who come unescorted!
